摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the dynamic monitoring sepsis patients blood lactic acid of the clinical value of its prognosis. Method:Select the author of 50 patients with sepsis were admitted in the hospital,observe the dynamic change of blood lactic acid in different times.Result:In the hospital within 30 d, this group of patients with only 35 cases survived,the rest are dead. Patients survived,the value of blood lactic acid,restore normal within 48 h,death in patients with the blood lactic acid long time failed to restore to the normal range.Conclusion:Blood lactic acid value and the prognosis of patients with sepsis is close to the situation,belong to judge the prognosis of patients with important index.关键词
