闭合性腹部损伤125例诊治分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore to improve success rate of early diagnosis and treatment of closed abdominal injury.Method:The author’s hospital from 2008 to 2012 were retrospectively studied 125 patients with closed abdominal injury clinical diagnosis and treatment of the data.Result:Of the 125 cases of blunt abdominal injury,99 cases received surgical treatment,26 cases received conservative treatment. After treatment,111 cases were cured and 14 cases died. Conclusion:Most abdominal are multi-site and/or multi-organ associated injuries. Diagnostic peritoneal puncture and ultrasonography are simple diagnostic methods. As soon as possible to final diagnosis,maintenance blood volume and reasonable normalization remedy are the keys to improve the early diagnosis and salvage achievement ratio of blunt abdominal injury.关键词
