微创手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症68例临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study clinical effects of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method:The clinical data of 68 inpatients which accepted minimally invasive surgery in author’s hospital during May 2010 to October 2012 were reviewed and analyzed.Result:Of all the 68 cases,the complication rate was 2.9%,and after 6 months to 2 years of follow-up,recurrence rate was 1.5%,excellent rate was 73.5%which was evaluated by Nakai standard.Conclusion:Minimally invasive surgery has many advantages in treating lumbar disc herniation,which includes less injury and complication, rapid postoperative recovery,obvious therapeutic effect,thereby worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
