摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate curative effects of the anatomical locking compression plate(LCP) combined with minimally invasive plate fixation combined(MIPO) in the treatment of not-reach the articular surface of the distal tibia fractures.Method:40 patients with distal tibia fractures patients in our hospital from January 2011 to May 2013 were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given LCP combined with MIPO techniques treatment,and the control group was given ORIF treatment.The curative effects of these two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:All of the operative time,blood loss,hospitalization,the healing time of wound and bone of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05);the curative excellent effect rate was 95.5%,which was significantly higher than 65.0%of the control group(P<0.05);the adverse rate of the observation group was 5.0%,significantly lower than 35.0%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:LCP combined with MIPO in the treatment of not-reach the articular surface of the distal tibia fractures have a significant effect,fewer complications,faster functional recovery,it is worthy of promotion.关键词
