尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死临床护理体会
The Clinical Nursing Experience of Urokinase Intravenous Thrombolysis in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyse the nursing about of urokinase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Method:70 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected from August 2011 to August 2013,the patients all used urokinase intravenous thrombolysis treatment,the nursing group(40 cases) were for the whole nursing in thrombolysis meanwhile,the control group(30 cases) used routine nursing;then compared the blood glucose and blood lipid changes of the two groups before and after the treatment(the nursing),the clinical effectiveness and patients satisfaction of nursing.Result:All the index level of blood glucose and blood lipid was lower than that in the nursing group after the treatment(the nursing);the effective rate of the nursing group was 90.0%,and the rate of the control group was 76.7%;the satisfaction rate of the patients in the nursing group was 92.5%,and the rate in the control group was 73.3%,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect about of urokinase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is significant,if the clinical take reasonable care measures around the time of thrombolysis,will improve curative effect,and the the satisfaction rate of nursing.关键词
