摘要
Abstract
Objective:Quantitative analysis of nurse work and strengthen the quality inspection in the application of nursing management.Method:Four randomly selected from the author’s hospital ward as the research object,both quantitative and implementation of the nursing work in the nursing management to strengthen quality inspection,and before carrying out the care content of each index is compared,patient satisfaction,and mistake occurrence.Result:After implementation,the index score value of nursing content and the satisfaction of patients were significantly improved,the nursing error number decreased,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nurses work quantization and strengthen quality assessment for nursing management level,worthy of promotion in clinical nursing work.关键词
