摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical features of rotavirus enteritis combined with myocardial damage,for further clinical medication guide. Method:To use the retrospective method,346 cases of children with rotavirus enteritis in our hospital from November 2008 to January 2012 in 3 years were selected as the research object,to carry on the laboratory examination,and observe the creatine kinase,lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase isoenzyme, aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and ECG abnormal situation.Result:346 cases of children with rotavirus enteritis in 248 cases were complicated with myocardial damage,accounted for 71.68%,increased creatine kinase isoenzyme in 206 cases,accounting for 83.06%;lactate dehydrogenase increased in 198 cases, accounting for 79.84%;ECG changes were 186 cases,accounting for 75.00%.Conclusion:The children with rotavirus enteritis should timely make myocardial enzymes and electrocardiogram inspection,timely discover the phenomenon of myocardial injury,early take intervention.关键词
