摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of high pressure air enema treatment of children intussusception.Method:603 cases of infantile intussusception in author’s hospital were selected form April 2009 to August 2013 which were treated with high pressure air enema. The clinical data was retrospective study,to investigate the clinical effect of high pressure air enema treatment of children intussusception. Result:603 cases of infantile intussusception were successful treatment for children accounted for 564 cases,the success rate was 93.5%,failed in 39 patients,4 cases (0.66%) children with intestinal perforation;different ages,different time of onset restoration success rate difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:High pressure air enema clinical diagnosis and treatment of children intussusception was achieved,and reduce the incidence of complications,with safety and reliability.关键词
