Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of telmisartan combined with bisoprolol treatment in young isolated diastolic hypertension. Method:Selected 32 cases isolated diastolic hypertension in early or poor treatment form January 2010 to January 2013,aged from 35 to 55 years,mean ages were (43.3±6.5)years,were given telmisartan tablets and bisoprolol treatment for 8 weeks,observing the changes of blood pressure,liver function,kidney function,blood sugar,blood fat and blood uric acid.Result:Diastolic blood pressure was (106.9±4.7)mm Hg before treatment,it was (88.0±5.3)mm Hg after treatment;Diastolic blood pressure dropped by(18.9±6.7)mm Hg,but systolic blood pressure dropped by only (10.9±3.7)mm Hg.Heart rate was (89.6±3.7) beats/min,yet it was (73.2±4.2)beats/min after treatment,which dropped by (16.6±5.7)beats/min compared with treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the blood pressure,liver function,kidney function,blood sugar,blood fat and blood uric acid were no significant change. Conclusion:Telmisartan combined with bisoprolol treatment for young isolated diastolic hypertension is satisfactory results,and no significant adverse reactions.关键词
