摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with methotrexate treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Method:Clinical data in our hospital 50 cases of ectopic pregnancy in patients treated since in recent years were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment 50 cases were divided into control group and treatment group,25 cases in each group.Treatment group was treated with methotrexate and mifepristone treatment,while control group was to take a single methotrexate treatment.Comparative analysis of the therapeutic effect of two groups.Result:Treatment group,23 cases were effective, the treatment efficiency was 92%;Control group,18 cases were effective,the treatment efficiency was 72%,the difference of two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with methotrexate for ectopic pregnancy is better and higher treatment success rates,fewer adverse reactions,simple,safe,reliable,and can keep the patient’s fertility,it is worth in the clinical treatment which further promote the use.关键词
