Abstract
Objective:To summarize the nursing experience for the elderly elderly patients with diabetes after appendicitis operation.Method:78 elderly patients with diabetes were performed appendicitis surgery,patients with blood glucose testing before and after the surgery.Using surgical care,while strengthen the patients with psychological care,postoperative incision nursing,control blood glucose,pain nursing,medication nursing,and strengthening basic nursing, etc.Result:78 patients were recovery after operation,the blood glucose control better,in median tendency for 5.9 mmol/L,there were no delayed union and infection of incision in all paitents.Conclusion:Strengthening the individualized nursing intervention to the elderly patients with diabetes is performed appendicitis surgery,not only can effective control of postoperative complications of diabetes and improve patients compliance,which is beneficial to patients for postoperative recovery.关键词
