心力衰竭合并心律失常患者行胺碘酮治疗疗效研究
Research on Treatment Efficacy of Patients with Heart Failure Combining Arrhythmia Subjecting to Amiodarone
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study clinical efficacy of amiodarone on patients with heart failure combining arrhythmia.Method:Selection from May 2011 to May 2013,the author’s hospital treated 80 cases of patients with heart failure combined arrhythmia,according to the different method of treatment to be divided into two groups,control group and observation group,40 cases in each. Control group routine treatment,the observation group on the basis of routine therapy intravenous amiodarone solution,observe and record the curative effect and adverse reaction of two groups of patients.Result:Observation group treatment the total effective rate was 95.0%higher than that of control group 65.0%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Group of electrocardiogram (ecg) was observed is better than that of control group(P<0.05),adverse reaction happening less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of amiodarone on heart failure combining arrhythmia is capable of improving cardiac function of patients and delivers the effect of improving therapeutic effect,no serious adverse reaction is found,the efficacy is of significance and high safety,being worthy of promotion and application in clinical practices.关键词
