Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the value of B type natriuretic peptide in diagnosis of heart failure.Method:200 cases with breathing difficulties who were admitted to the hospital from February 2010 to February 2013 were selected as research object.They were given type B natriuretic peptide.The relationship between type B natriuretic peptide and the diagnosis of heart failure types were compared and analyzed.Result:Of 200 cases of patients with breathing difficulties, 120 patients were diagnosed with heart diseases,80 patients without heart diseases.The specificity of the diagnosis of B type natriuretic peptide was 81.3%,and the sensitivity was 90.0%.Moreover,the predicted values of positiveness and negativeness were respectively 87.8%,84.4%.The increased seriousness of the heart failure led to the elevation of the content of B type natriuretic peptide,among which theⅠlevel heart failure was the lowest and theⅣlevel topped was the highest. Conclusion:B type natriuretic peptide is helpful in the difference diagnosis of heart failure types,also the most important type of heart failure diagnosis index in clinical diagnosis of heart failure,thus it can provide a better medical reference.关键词
