Abstract
Objective:To learn about the resistance to drug of MRSA to various antimicrobial drug.Method:99 strains of MRSA were made drug-sensitivity test by VITEK32GPS drug susceptibility plate.Result:In tested 15 antimicrobial drug,vacomycin did not appear resistant strains,the resistant rate of macrodantin and rifampicin were low(13.1%,14.1%).The resistant rate of gentamicin was 40.4%.The resistant rate of clindamycin,erythromycin,tetracycline, and levofloxacin all were 90%or more.The resistant rate of ampicillin,penicillin,and cefoxitin were 100%.Conclusion:We shall strengthen the rational use of antibiotics,and reduce the incidence of MRSA resistance.关键词
