Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application and effect of clinical nursing path in outpatient infusion therapy.Method:120 cases of patients from February 2012 to May 2013 in author’s hospital outpatient infusion therapy room treated,who according to figures were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 60 cases,the observation group patients were given clinical nursing path,the control group patients were given clinical general nursing.Observed the average infusion time,the cost of treatment,adverse reactions,satisfaction and adverse psychological conditions and so on.Result:After nursing intervention,the average infusion time,the average cost of treatment observation group were significantly less than that of control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the overall satisfaction rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the SAS,SDS score of two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment,the SAS,SDS scores after nursing of observation group care were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing path can significantly reduce the average outpatient infusion time and the average cost of treatment,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the poor mental state of patients,increased patient satisfaction with care,and promote the relationship between nurses and patients,the clinical effect is significant,it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.关键词
