Abstract
The quality of nursing care in county-level hospitals is directly related to the patient's health and hospitals’reputation.With the transformation of nursing mode,the concept of people-oriented and care for individuals will become the fundamental guidance for nursing staff.Nurses should keep pace with modern development of medicine,carry out individualized care with humanity in order to meet the demand of gynecology and obstetrics nursing as well as enhance the realization of harmonious relationship between patients and medical workers.关键词
