Abstract
Objective:To analyse the main causes of recurrent respiratory tract infections.Method:Selection from June 2009 to June 2013,the author’s hospital treated 800 cases of patients with respiratory medicine,including 72 cases of patients with RRTI,its clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients with root cause analysis of the disease.Result:The incidence of RRTI with the patient’s age,sex was no significant correlation;and the existence of malnutrition in patients with or without congenital heart disease,with or without congenital malformations,and whether immune dysfunction,chronic lesions, obesity,stomach esophageal reflux disease and a positive family history were important correlation. Poor nutritional status,as well as with congenital heart disease, congenital malformations,immune function obstacles,the probability of chronic lesions,obesity,gastroesophageal reflux disease,as well as patients with a positive family history RRTI relatively higher incidence(P<0.05) . Conclusion:The clinical response to give appropriate intervention to the people who are easy to come on RRTI,and give treatment as early as possible after RRTI occured,in order to improve clinical effect.关键词
