摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the situation of the elderly in the operation treatment of unstable distal radius fractures.Method:28 cases old patients with unstable fractures of the distal radius,adopted the volar distal radius support plate(T) fixation.Result:28 patients were followed up,time to 8~14 months, had reached the osseous healing,without internal fixation of fracture,loose,and carpal tunnel syndrome.This group of 28 cases,excellent in 26 cases,good in 6 cases,fair in 2 cases,poor in 0 case.Conclusion:Patients can achieve satisfactory wrist function after the operation treatment of distal radius volar fixed side plate with positive postoperative functional exercise.关键词
