直驱式永磁风力发电机运行特性有限元分析研究
Research on Operational Characteristics of Direct-Drive Permanent Magnet Wind Generator Based on Finite Element Method

Abstract
For direct-drive permanent magnet wind generator ( DDPMG) structure being relatively complex, at this stage, the analysis method based on magnetic circuit was not accurate enough, and the application of numerical analysis method was not particularly full. Taking Ansys as a powerful tool, a field-circuit coupled model considering DDPMG and the characteristics of external circuit was built up. By this model, the DDPMG no-load, with-load and fault operation conditions could be studied. A 1. 5 MW DDPMG as an example, using field-circuit coupled time-stepping FEM, half-unit motor model was established. The no-load, with-load power angle performance and the magnet demagnetization characteristics due to suddenly short-circuit had been calculated. By comparing of the simulation and measurement curves, it could be found that they matched well. This demonstrated that the time-stepping finite element analysis model had good accuracy and it could be used to estimate the DDPMG performance accurately.关键词
