Abstract
Currently in the motor manufacturing industry, in addition to large high voltage motors are limited by manufacturing conditions and environmental process equipment, most of the high voltage stator coil's insulation are made up of dry mica tape by vacuum pressure impregnation process,which makes the quality of the high voltage stator winding improved. This method is widely recognized and applied in the motor manufacturing industry. But there are some defects in the manufacture: when the high voltage stator coil is insulated by vacuum impregnation,if stator is damaged by the high voltage,it will bring a lot of trouble and certain economic losses. The high voltage stator coil's breaking pressure failure was analyzed, and the origin of the failure was finded out. Finally a number of preventive measures were put forward to avoid the phenomenon.关键词
