Role of college education and discipular education in training modern TCM clinical talents
摘要
Abstract
The paper discussed the different roles of college education and discipular education in training modern TCM clinical talents from the perspective of clinical physicians, and believed that college education was the foundation of modern TCM education, while discipular education was a necessary complement. College education is systematic and normalization emphasizing the commonality, while discipular education is free and lively stressing individual character. College education is a classroom where students can learn the humanities knowledge and ethics, and discipular education is a place for grasping the skills in processing doctor-patient relationship.关键词
