摘要
Abstract
The mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are the ideal seed cells for tissue and organ repair. However, different isolating methods can lead to different MSCs purity which greatly affect the therapeutic effect. Therefore, using surface markers to identify and sort MSCs has become a hotspot in the field of stem cell research. This review summarized the classification, function, application and the stability of human MSC surface markers.关键词
