心理支持对耐多药结核病患者注射期治疗依从性的影响
Impacts of psychological support on MDR-TB patient compliance during injection treatment

Abstract
Objective To explore impacts of psychological support on multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) patient compliance during injection treatment.Methods MDR-TB patients were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group:experimental group was treated with individual psychological support intervention based on normal psychological support,and only normal psychological support was administered in control group.At expiration of six months after injection,changes of each factor on SCL-90 symptom self-evaluation scale and the ratio of treatment compliance before and after the intervention of psychological support were observed.Results After psychological support intervention,the treatment compliance of experimental group was higher than that of control group (92.5％ vs 75％),with statistical significant difference (P ＜ 0.01) between two groups in terms of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptom,sensitive of interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility,fear,paranoid,psychoticism and sleep.Conclusion Psychological support can improve patients' negative feelings,change their negative coping styles,and improve the treatment compliance.关键词
