急性动脉硬化性脑梗死的血浆脂Lp-PLA2水平及相关性分析
Levels in acute atherosclerotic cerebral infarction plasma lipid and correlation analysis

Abstract
Objective To explore the lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) levels in acute atherosclerotic cerebral infarction plasma lipid and their correlation analysis.Methods 56 patients with ACI as the observation group,were compared with 60 cases of healthy adults as control group.Lp-PLA2 levels of all patients were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Patients were divided into three groups of the light,medium and heavy defects in observation group according to the neurological deficits,and compared with Lp-PLA2 levels.Results Lp-PLA2 levels in the observation group and the control group were (63.39 ± 11.30) μ g/L vs (30.68 ± 12.19) μ g/L,Lp-PLA2 levels in light,mediam and heavy-duty brain defect were (56.73 ± 7.19) μ g/L vs (64.22 ± 6.08) μ g/L vs (76.51 ± 5.49) μ g/L,P ＜ 0.05,ACI patients' Lp-PLA2 levels were significantly positively correlated with age,gender,BMI index,alcohol consumption,and TG,LDL-C levels,and significantly negatively correlated with HDL-C level.Conclusion Lp-PLA2 level is an important risk factor for ACI patients,and can guide nerve function defect.关键词
