Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical comparative analysis on endoscopic improvement (EMR) method and the high-frequency electric resection in the treatment of gastrointestinal refractory polyp.Methods 153 cases of digestive tract polyps (193) in our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into the cutting group (n=76,96,only to be high frequency electrotomy) and the EMR group (n=77,97,were treated by EMR),the efficacy of resection and intraoperative,postoperative complications of two groups were compared.Results The success rate of complete resection in the EMR group 96.9％ (94/97) was significantly higher than the cutting group 81.3％ (78/96) (x 2=10.637,P=0.001); and the control group of the incidence of postoperative complications 50％ was significantly higher than that of the EMR group 19.6％ (x 2=18.371,P=0.000).Conclusion Endoscopic mucosal resection is indicated for the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps,and has the advantages of simple operation,low complications,which is a high security of endoscopic minimally invasive treatment method.关键词
