Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of fast emergency nursing process on treatment time and treatment effect in patients with acute stroke.Methods Patients with acute stroke in our hospital were selected as research subjects,using respectively conventional nursing procedures and fast emergency nursing process,and the average time of emergency admissions and surgery,morbidity and mortality differences in the two groups were compared.Results The average admissions time was (16.3 ± 1.8) min,the time of emergency to surgery (45.3 ± 11.0) min were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Disability (32.5％),mortality (2.4％) were significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of fast emergency nursing process can fast and effectively shorten the time of emergency admissions of patients to surgery,reduce their morbidity and mortality.There is a positive clinical significance.关键词
