预见性护理在急性脑梗塞静脉溶栓治疗中的应用观察
Application observation on predictive nursing in acute cerebral infarction intravenous thrombolysis

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of predictive nursing in acute cerebral infarction intravenous thrombolysis.It provides a reference for future clinical nursing.Methods This research randomly selected 78 acute cerebral infarction patients who were given intravenous thrombolytic treatment in our hospital from February 2010 to August 2013.The patients were split at random into two groups.The patients in the control group were given usual care.At the same time,the patients in the observation group were given predictive nursing.This study compared and analyzed the nursing effects between the two groups.Results The improvement of limb muscle strength of observation group was obviously better than that of control group (x 2=34.6205,P=0.0000).The adverse reaction rate of observation group was 17.95％,which was significantly less than that of control group (53.89％) (x2 2=28.1250,P=0.0000).Nursing satisfaction of observation group was 94.87％,which was obviously higher than that of control group (64.10％) (x 2=29.4830,P=0.0000).The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion It can effectively stabilize the acute cerebral infarction patients' conditions,who are in the intravenous thrombolytic therapy,by giving them predictive nursing.It also can improve the level of limb muscle strength and reduce the adverse reactions.What' s more,it can promote harmonious relations between doctors and patients.Its nursing effects are remarkable so that it is worthy to be applied and promoted widely in clinical practice.关键词
