半干旱区径流调控工程抗旱性能与效益研究
Drought Resistance and Effectiveness Research on Runoff Regulating and Controlling Engineering in semi-Arid Region

Abstract
Based on observing drought conditions,the slope horizontal stage soil moisture and zonal mixed vegetation growth status in Anding Dis-trict from 2003 to 2012,the drought resistance performance and the production efficiency of runoff regulation engineering had been studied and eval-uated. The outcomes show that under the moderate drought condition of having an average annual rainfall of 364. 9 mm,the soil moisture content of Medicago sativa in runoff area is 7. 1% in 2 m soil layer and the soil moisture content of arborvitae in horizontal bands is 6. 6% which is less than that in the control area of 7. 8% . Under the rainfall reached to the medium wet conditions of 474. 5 mm,the soil moisture content in runoff area in-creases to 7. 7% and in horizontal bands increases to 7. 8% . Medicago sativa hay yield reduces by 36. 11% under the medium drought condition, while it reaches 7. 38 t/ hm2 . under the medium wet conditions which rises 12. 20% in a normal year. Platycladus vigorous growth and its annual new shoots growth reach 10 cm. The increasing effect of soil moisture content is obvious,runoff and sediment are all retained,and good socioeco-nomic benefits have been achieved.关键词
