摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of the unit center vein catheter in the changes of physiologic weight loss in premature infants.Methods We designed a sheet to record the weight of premature infants every day.The data included the day age of the lowest weight,the day age resumed to birth weight.According the carried center vein catheter or happened catheter-related blood steam infection,patients were divided into 3 groups (center group,infection group and peripheral group).Results The weight raised days were compared among the three groups [(9.8 ± 6.8) vs (9.0 ± 4.6) vs (13.4 ± 5.0) days,P ＜ 0.05],center group and infection group were shorter than that of peripheral group (P ＜ 0.05).Comparing the growing up speed between center group and peripheral group,the center group was faster[(28 ± 29) vs (17 ± 7) g/day,P ＜ 0.05].Conclusion Unit center vein catheter can improve the weight of premature infants efficiently.关键词
