摘要
Abstract
Objective To further investigate the influencing factors of the blood loss for patients with laparoscopic surgery of uterine fibroids,so as to provide reference for surgical practice.Methods 128 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2012 were chosen as the research objects.The operative time and blood loss of different patients in the surgical procedures were taken for comparison and research.Results (1) The blood loss and operation time of the two indicators in the single fibroid patients were significantly lower than those of patients with multiple fibroids,and we compared between groups,there was statistical significant differences.(2) The blood loss and operative time for diameter of less than 6 cm were significantly lower than those of patients with a diameter greater than 6 cm,and after comparison,there was statistical significant difference.(3)The blood loss and operative time in the front and rear walls fibroids group of patients were significantly lower than those of patients with intramural fibroids deep,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion For patients with uterine fibroids in the clinical implementation of laparoscopic surgery in the process,the main affected factors of blood loss are the number of uterine fibroids,location and size.关键词
