祛风散寒泡足方联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of bubble foot by expelling wind and removing cold washout method in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods 60 cases of DPN were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group,drug treatment was given in both groups,the control group used conventional care,observation group used expelling wind and removing cold washout method,before sleeping,1 time a day for 14 days for 1 course of treatment.Then we compared curative effects of two groups.Results In observation group total effectiveness was 93.3％,control group was 66.7％; observation group limb pain,numbness,tendon reflex of recession,the symptom such as improving time was short and the curative effect was distinct,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of expelling wind and removing cold washout method as joint treatment for DPN is superior to the simple routine drug treatment,the symptoms could be improved significantly.关键词
