清创缝合配合TDP照射治疗Ⅲ-Ⅳ期压疮的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective Debridement and suturing should be used to observe the effect in the treatment of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ.Methods 80 cases with bedsore were divided into observation group (45 cases) and control group (35 cases).The observation group was treated with debridement and suturing combined with TDP irradiation.The control group was treated with povidone iodine cream topical dressing treatment.We tood discharge for bacterial culture,used anti-infection treatment according to the results of drug sensitive test and strengthened body nutrition support and skin care to observe the treatment effect of debridement and suturing applied to Ⅲ-Ⅳ period in pressure ulcer in the two groups at the same time.Result In the observation group,the wound healing time was (15.52 ± 5.63) days,while the control group was (30.23 ± 6.45) days.The hospitalization expenses cost was ￥~ (6879.50 ± 470.50) in the observation group,much less than that in the control group,￥ (10790.30 ± 500.40).The cure rate in the observation group was 93.3％,and compared with 71.4％ in the control group,showing statistical significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Debridement and suturing combined with TDP irradiation in the treatment of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ can improve the clinical treatment effect,shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the cost of hospitalization.It can be used as the preferred treatment,worthy for extensive promotion and application in clinical.关键词
