循证护理预防骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓的作用分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the role of evidence-based care in prevention of orthopedic surgery deep venous thrombosis.Methods 108 cases with major orthopedic surgery were divided into the observation group and the control group in our hospital.The control group (n=58) was treated with routine care intervention,the observation group (n=50) was treated with evidence-based care on the basis of control group's nursing intervention,which included psychological interventions,improving adherence of physical exercise,maintaining good diet,drug therapy and traditional Chinese medicine.Results 1 patient with deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in the observation group,7 cases with DVT in the control group,showing statistical significant difference,P=0.046.Bed time in the observation group and control group was (14.9 ± 2.6) d vs (16.4 ± 2.3) d,hospital stay was (20.3 ± 3.1) d vs (24.7 ± 3.4) d,with statistical significant difference(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based care can effectively reduce the incidence of DVT,reduce the bed time and hospital stay of postoperative orthopedic by scientific and comprehensive method.关键词
