Abstract
Objective To intervene to change the habits of hypertensive patients badthrough community nursing,improve blood pressure in patients withawareness of hypertension,improve the compliance behavior of patients with hypertension,effective control of blood pressure and reduce the occurrence of complication.Methods 90 patients with hypertension in thecommunity center to take medication for patients,were randomly divided into observation group of 45 cases and a control group of 45 cases.The control group was given conventional treatment of hypertension.45 cases in observation group give the patient and family health education,changing lifestyle,diet,exercise,psychology,medicine and other guidance,illustrate the importance of exercise,weight control waist.Results In the observation group,43 in the awareness rate of knowledge about hypertension,bad living habits change rate of 43,medication compliance of 45,blood pressure control rate was 42 was significantly higher than the control group of hypertension knowledge rate of 32,badliving habits change rate of 25 medication compliance 30,blood pressure control rate was 23,P ＜ 0.05.Conclusion Community nursing intervention can change the hypertension patient's bad habits,improve the awareness rate of hypertension knowledge,so as to improve thecompliance behavior,strong awareness of self-protection,adhere to regular treatment,effective control of blood pressure,prevention of complications,to maintain a good quality of life,and reduce the economic pressure.关键词
