Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopic tubal intubation methotrexate injection in the treatment of tubal pregnancy.Methods 63 cases of tubal pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group (32 cases) and control group (31 cases) in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2013.Observation group used hysteroscopic tubal intubation methotrexate injection,while control group used single methotrexate intramuscular injection.Clinical efficacy,indexes change and the incidence of drug toxicity were compared between two groups.Results The cure rate in observation group was 93.75％,and that in control group was 74.19％,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).There was statistically significant difference in time of serum HCG returning to normal between two groups (P ＜ 0.05),without statistically significant difference in attachment area mass disappearance time (P ＞ 0.05),with statistically significant difference in adverse reactions (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic tubal intubation methotrexate injection in the treatment of tubal pregnancy is effective,with less drug side effects,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
