噻托溴铵联合舒利迭治疗老年重度持续支气管哮喘的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of tiotropium bromide combined with seretide in the treatment of elderly patients with severe persistent asthma.Methods 60 elderly patients with severe persistent asthma treated in our hospital were divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group was treated with serretide,and the experimental group with tiotropium bromide and seretide.The clinical symptoms and efficacies of both groups before and after the treatment were observed and compared.Results The score of chest tightness,cough degree,heart rate,and pulse pressure were higher in the experimental group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group (90.00％) was significantly higher than that of the control group (50.00％),with statistical a diference (P＜0.05).Conclusions Tiotropium bromide combined with seretide in the treatment of elderly patients with severe persistent asthma is quite effective,can make the patients breathe easily improving the function of smooth muscles and respiratory muscles,and is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
