辛伐他汀治疗老年高脂血症的使用剂量及其疗效研究

Abstract
Objectives To explore the dosage and efficacy of simvastatin for hyperlipidemia in elderly patients.Methods 94 elderly hyperlipidemia patients were randomly divided into a large dosage group and a small dosage group,47 cases for each group.These two groups were treated with simvastatin 20 mg/d and 10 mg/d,respectively.The efficacies of both groups were observed.Results All lipid indicators were enormously better in the large dosage group than in the small dosage group after the treatment (P ＜ 0.05).The efficacy was 95.74％ in the large dosage group and was 82.98％ in the small dosage group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Large dosage (20 mg/d) of simvastatin for elderly hyperlipidemia patients is quite effective and safe.关键词
