摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore clinical application effect of the shallow sputum suction method in the tracheal intubation newborns.Methods 106 cases of neonatal intensive care,according to admission order number,even number group as the control group with the sequential method,odd for the observation group,53 cases in each group,control group through routine method of sputum aspiration,observation group implemented shallow sputum suction method,and the clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results Two groups' sputum suction at the end of the heart rate,breathing,mean arterial pressure and SPO2 and sputum suction compared with those 1 min before the sputum suction,showing difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05),in the observation group,3 min after sputum suction and sputum suction 1 min before that were compared and showed the was statistical significant difference (P < 0.05),while the control group 3 min after sputum suction and sputum suction 1 min before you still had a statistical significant difference in complications (P < 0.05),the observation group was obviously lower than that of control group (all P < 0.05).Conclusion Shallow sputum suction method can reduce the body's stress response,maintain a relatively stable hemodynamics and function of circulation,reduce airway mucosa damage,be agitated,vomiting after sputum suction and the incidence of endotracheal intubation out,improve the quality of life of patients.
