模拟产程对初产妇分娩结局的影响
Effect of simulated stages of labor in delivery outcome for unipara
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of simulated stages of labor in delivery outcome for unipara.Methods The observation group (198 cases) received simulated stages of labor while the control group (198cases) received conventional regular antenatal examination,and delivery outcome were observed and compared in the two groups.Results The natural delivery rates was 72.4％ in observation group,which was significantly more than that (62.1％) in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The number of fetal distress and requirements for cesarean section in observation group was less than that of the control group,showing statistical significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The experience of simulated stages of labor in primipara before delivery as a more appropriate antenatal care content,can significantly reduce the cesarean delivery rate,and has remarkable social significance to promote natural birth.关键词
