358例重症手足口病并神经系统损伤临床特征分析
Clinical analysis on 358 cases of severe hand-foot-mouth disease combined with neurological damage

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical features of severe hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD)disease of neurological injuries.Methods Clinical features of severe HFMD of neurological injuries and clinical outcomes were retrospectively reviewed.Results 358 patients were recruited with severe HFMD of neurological injuries,314 cases (87.7％) were with limb tremor and startled,108 (30.2％) cases presented drowsiness and fatigue,coma 7 cases(1.9％),ocular ataxia and mouth twitching 18 cases(5％),twitch 12 cases(3.4％),and retention of urine 1 cases(0.3％).346 cases were well recovered,10 cases died,and 2 cases with discharge against medical advice.Conclusion The major symptoms and signs of neurological complication caused by severe HFMD include twitch,startled and limb tremor.The close observation and early intervention are critical for treatment of this disease.关键词
