Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of treating thoracolumbar fractures without nerve damages via posterior pedicle fixation and vertebral bone graft through the gap of paraspinal muscles.Methods 600 patients of vertebral fractures were divided into the groups of observation and control.The systematic therapies of the pedicle screw were given to patients,through the gap of paraspinal muscles for the observation group,and through the traditional posterior approach for the control group.Then we observed the efficacy in both groups.Results The observation group was obviously less than the control group in terms of the blood loss during the operation,bed time and pain scores after the operation (P ＜ 0.05).The correction rate of both Cobb angle and vertebral collapse was comparable to one another (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Treating thoracolumbar fractures without nerve damages via posterior pedicle fixation and vertebral bone graft through the gap of paraspinal muscles,has the advantages of fewer traumas and less blood loss during the operation,and fast postoperative recovery,which is consistent with the modern minimally invasive concept.关键词
