Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of methotrexate and mifepristone combination treatment for ectopic pregnancy.Methods From October 2010 to November 2012,120 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital selected in this study were randomly divided into two groups namely the control and treatment groups,60 cases in each group,the control group was given only mifepristone,the treatment group was treated on the basis of intramuscular methotrexate,two groups were both given vitamin B6 to reduce gastrointestinal side effects and antibiotics to prevent infection,efficacy and adverse events in two groups were comparatively analyzed,and we compared patients of two groups with an average duration of hospitalization,blood β-HCG values and mass absorption.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05),length of hospital stay was significantly shorter (P ＜ 0.05); mass absorption was also better than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05); serum β-HCG values were significantly lower than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05),in these two groups,the incidence of adverse reactions after the treatment showed no statistical significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of methotrexate combined with mifepristone for ectopic pregnancy treatment has significant curative effects,with less adverse reaction,significantly shorter hospital stay and high safety,which is worthy of wide clinical promotion and application.关键词
