补肾化瘀法治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of Bushen Huayu Tang for patients with benign prostate hyperplasia.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group,40 cases,treated with Bushen Huayu Tang,and a control group,40 cases,treated with Cernilton.Both groups were treated 3 treatment courses for 3 months.The International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS),maximum urinary flow rate,prostate volume,and serum insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) were recorded before and after the treatment.And their changes of the results in the two groups were statistically analyzed before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment,the IPSS was (8.35 ± 5.56),the maximum urinary flow rate (14.52± 3.56) ml/s,the prostate volume (32.52± 7.56) cm3,and the serum IGF-1 (268.31 ± 16.35) μ g/L in the treatment group,which were better than those before the treatment and those of the control group,with statistical differences (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huayu Tang for benign prostatic hyperplasia is effective.关键词
