窄谱中波紫外线照射联合更昔洛韦注射液治疗老年带状疱疹的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of narrow spectrum ultraviolet rays combined with ganciclovir for herpes zoster in elderly patients.Methods 100 elderly patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into an observaiton group and a control group,50 cases for each group.The observation group were treated with narrow spectrum ultraviolet rays and ganciclovir,and the control group with ganciclovir only.The blister absorption time,pain-killed time,scabbing time,and pain-disappearing time were observed and the efficacies were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 98.00％ in the observation group and was 72.00％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).The blister absorption time,pain-killed time,scabbing time,and pain-disappearing time were shorter in the observation group than in the the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Narrow spectrum ultraviolet rays combined with ganciclovir for herpes zoster in elderly patients has fewer adverse reaction,is effective,hardly damage the tissue,and is easy to operate,economical,practical,safe,reliable,and is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
