氨基葡萄糖片联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效分析
Clinical effect of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 142 cases of knee osteoarthritis in our hospital from March 2012 to September 2013 were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C.Group A was treated with sodium hyaluronate,group B was treated with glucosamine hydrochloride,group C was treated with sodium hyaluronate and glucosamine hydrochloride.The clinical efficacy was compared after treatment.Results Pain relief improvement in group A was (1.2 ± 0.4),(1.1 ± 0.3) in group B,(1.9 ± 0.7) in group C,pain relief in group C was better than that in group A and group B (P ＜ 0.05).Clinical indicators in group C were better that those in group A and group B (P ＜ 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in physical activity,tenderness,pain,rest pain,swelling between three groups,which suggested that the clinical effect of three groups were quite different (u ＞ ua,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Sodium hyaluronate injection has significant effect in improving joint swelling,functional activities and maintaining efficacy,while glucosamine hydrochloride has some effect on improving joint pain and joint constrained.The combination of glucosamine hydrochloride and sodium hyaluronate can quickly relieve clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis,worthy of clinical application.关键词
