中西医结合治疗毒蛇咬伤166例
Traditional Chinese and western medicine for 166 paitents bitten by snake
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of snakebite.Methods 166 patients bitten by snake and hospitalized into our hospital from Jul.2010 to Jun.2013 were selected as study objects and were treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine.The clinical effect was observed.The changes of hepatic and renal function indexes before and after treatment were compared.Results After the treatment,58 cases were cured,61 cases markedly effective,42 cases effective,5 cases ineffective,with an effective rate of 96.99％.The ALT,AST,Urea,Cr levels were significantly lower after than before the treatment,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese and western medicine for snakebite has a satisfactory clinical effect and can protect liver and kidney function and improve the prognosis.关键词
