盐酸氨溴索静脉滴注治疗急性脑卒中相关性肺炎的效果分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of ambroxol in the treatment of acute stoke-associated pneumonia.Methods 80 patients with acute stoke-associated pneumonia were divided into an observation group and a control group.All the patients receivied conventional treatment.In addition,the observation group were treated with ambroxol.The clinical effect,immune system function,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect and the immune system function were better in the observation group than in the control group.There was no statistical difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups.Conclusions Ambroxol in the treatment of acute stoke-associated pneumonia is effective and can shorten the treatment time and improve the patients' immune system function.关键词
