卵巢癌化疗患者生活质量调查及其影响因素分析

Abstract
To analyze the quality of life in ovarian cancer patients receiving chemotherapy and its influencing factors. <br> A total 240 ovarian cancer patients receiving chemotherapy from April 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital were recruited in the study. Quality-of-life questionnaire for cancer was used to evaluate the quality of life in ovarian cancer patients, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of the quality of life in ovarian cancer patients. <br> The QLQ score of overal health for the ovarian cancer patients receiving chemotherapy was 44.17±9.06, which was significantly lower than the reference value (60.70). Multivariate analysis showed that age, education level and marital status could affect the quality of life in ovarian cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. <br> The quality of life in ovarian cancer patients receiving chemotherapy is poor. Besides the indicators in the quality-of-life questionnaire for cancer, the factors affecting the quality of life in patients also include age, education level and marital status.关键词
