Abstract
Objective:Intent to avoid the adverse reactions of dextran 40 glucose injection,to improve the reasonable treatment of dextran 40 glucose injection on children.Methods:Seven cases of pediatrics who suffered adverse reactions from dextran 40 glucose injection in 2013 were collected.Usage,dosage,and the time of adverse reactions occurrence were analyzed.Results:The adverse reactions of dextran 40 glucose injection mostly appear in the process of administration or under 2 hours after the administration.The serious adverse reactions mostly occur in the beginning of the first administration.Conclusions:We should have a close observation when we give the intravenous drip of dextran 40 glucose injection,especially to those who never administrated dextran 40 glucose injection before.At the same time,intent to prevent the occurrence of serious adverse reactions,we should make adequate preparation.If the children are allergies,skin test is needed before the administration.关键词
