摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between Helicobacter pylori infection and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) complicated with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods 185 patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, including inpatients and outpatients, were chosen and then divided into a T2DM group (109 cases with only T2DM) and a mixed group (76 cases with T2DM complicated with CHD).The levels of blood lipid, serum Hp-IgG antibody,High-sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),and homocysteine (HCY) in all patients were detected. The data were statistically analyzed. Results Among the 185 patients with T2DM,91(49.19%) got Hp-IgG antibody(+),which was significantly higher than the control group (30.00%) (P < 0.01).More patients got Hp-IgG antibody(+) in the mixed group than in the T2DM group(64.47% vs.38.53%,P < 0.01).More patients infected by Hp complicated with CHD than patients not infected by Hp (53.85% vs.28.72%,P < 0.01).T2DM complicated with CHD positively correlated with Hp infection(r=0.195,t=2.690,P < 0.01).The serum levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,HCY,and hs-CRP were markedly higher and the serum level of HDL-C was obviously lower in the patients with than without Hp infection (P < 0.01).Conclusions T2DM complicated with CHD correlates with Helicobacter pylori infection. It may accelerate the generation and development of CHD affecting blood lipid metabolism, inflammatory reaction, and HCY level. Therefore, removing or preventing Hp infection might prevent and cure T2DM with CHD.关键词
